World Penguin Day 2020

World Penguin Day coincides with the annual northern migration of Adelie penguins, a species native to Antarctica. According to WWF, 11 out of the total 17 species of penguins are considered endangered or vulnerable. Because these adorkable animals spend most of their lives in the water, this day encourages us to protect their habitat by rallying against large-scale pollutants.
